However, colors, sizes, and shapes may vary due to technical issues with screens or connections. It should be noted that products may not look the same on all devices. For this reason, as a company, we are not responsible for these situations if a customer selects a product and requests a return due to an error in the selection of color, size, measurement, shape, etc.
Acceptance of Conditions
By reviewing, purchasing, or requesting one of our products through our website or at our branch in Medellín, as a user, you acknowledge having read and understood the Terms of Service. Consequently, you will need to abide by them and comply with all applicable requirements and regulations in accordance with Colombian consumer laws.
If you do not agree with our policies, refrain from using our products and website. Any claims will be governed by this document and the law. On the other hand, if any provision in our Terms of Service is deemed null, illegal, or ineffective, the remaining provisions will remain in effect without being affected by such particularity.
Property and Copyright
All logos, images, texts, photographs, designs, infographics, trademarks, and distinctive audiovisual and digital content on our website, social media, and branch are the exclusive property of Musee The Brand. Any appropriation, modification, or use of our multimedia and advertising material related to our products, brands, and services will be penalized.
Our content is protected by national and international Copyright laws. Therefore, any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, sale, distribution, or display of our content (in physical or digital media) is prohibited. Prices and Product Availability
The display of all our brands and products can be verified on our website and physical branch. As Musee The Brand, we strive to present all prices in our store and digital platforms faithfully and accurately. This means that the prices at our branch will be the same as those displayed on our website.
It should be clarified that prices may vary depending on specific promotions or previously announced discounts. On the other hand, our company is responsible for the availability or unavailability of our products and brands. Both at the branch and on our website, we will specify which products are out of stock and which remain available for our customers’ knowledge.
Likewise, our inventory availability may be depleted depending on product selections within a specific time frame. This will depend on the number of purchases made either at our branch or through our website. Therefore, if a user finds a product in stock but delays the purchase (and the product sells out during that time), our company is not responsible.
Typographical Errors
In extraordinary cases where a Musee The Brand product appears with an incorrect price or specifications, our company reserves the right to deny or cancel any unpaid order. On the other hand, if a user has already paid for an order with typographical errors due to a failure in our website’s systems, they may request an exchange.

Payment Methods
When accessing our products, the user can make a purchase using the payment methods offered on our website. These are:

Once the product is selected, the user will have two options:

- Add to the shopping cart to continue browsing our website and select other items.
When the user has decided, they will accept the purchase and can choose a quantity (depending on the product’s availability in inventory). Then, the buyer can select the delivery method, either for pickup at the branch or for shipping. If the customer has a discount code, they can enter it in the corresponding field on our website to complete the payment.
Categories
On our website, users will find various products organized into different categories: clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty, and home decor. Each of our products is marked with its respective price, image, and details that can be freely consulted (with or without a registered account).
Likewise, each product will have a web tag and a description indicating whether it is out of stock or available in our branch’s inventory. Buyers can also review the various product photographs and share them on their social media platforms (for personal, non-commercial purposes).
Consumer Responsibilities
The user accessing the products offered on the Musee The Brand website is fully responsible for the data entered during the payment process. This also includes information related to the delivery address, accounts, cards, or credentials for the shipment or pickup of our products. If the user enters this data incorrectly, our company disclaims any responsibility or liability due to these errors or inaccuracies.
Invoices
Every purchase made on the Musee The Brand website will generate an electronic invoice in accordance with the laws and specifications of the purchase. Users must retain the invoice for cases of returns, exchanges, or any issues. If the purchase is made at our branch, the customer has the right to request an invoice.
Product Packaging
At Musee The Brand, we ship and deliver our products properly packaged in bags or boxes for their adequate preservation. Therefore, the customer will always receive any product from our inventory in packaging with our distinctive brand (regardless of whether the purchase was made at our branch or through our website).
Shipping Policies
For the purchase of one of our products through our website, the customer will have various shipping guarantees. If the purchase was made in the Medellín metropolitan area, local shipping will cost $8,000. In this case, delivery will occur on the same business day before 6:00 p.m.
If the user requests one of our products for other regions of Colombia, the national shipping cost will be $11,000, with a delivery time of 1 to 2 business days. However, during peak seasons or promotions, shipments may experience irregularities due to logistical issues.
This means that, in certain cases, the buyer may have to wait due to extended delivery times. On the other hand, the company is not responsible for delays in product shipments due to various contingencies, such as strikes, sedition, natural disasters, stoppages, etc.
Product Warranty
As Musee The Brand, we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. For this reason, we offer a 30-day warranty. The lifespan of all our garments, shoes, accessories, cosmetics, decorative items, and jewelry will depend entirely on the care of each buyer.
Consequently, warranty exchanges will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear. However, if you believe one of our products has a manufacturing defect or irregularity, you have 30 business days to bring it to our branch in Medellín.
Our staff will evaluate and inspect the product to verify if there is any factory damage after being removed from its respective packaging. If the product’s condition warrants it, an exchange will be processed if necessary.
For this, contact us through our official channels. Likewise, a refund will be issued without any interest, premiums, or additional amounts (excluding shipping costs). Refunds will only be accepted if the buyer presents their invoice (physical or electronic).
As a final note, Musee The Brand will not accept reviews or returns if:
- The products were purchased on sale or during promotions.
- The products are used underwear items.
- The products no longer have their original tag or it has been removed.
- The products have been altered in any way, whether due to misuse or intentionally.
Shipping and Irregular Package Warranty
If you receive an open, damaged, broken, incomplete package, or if it is not the product you ordered, you must contact us through our official channels. If a logistical error has occurred, as a company, we will acknowledge the issue and reach out to resolve it.
This may involve reshipping the original product from your address or proceeding with an exchange or refund. However, if our distributors notify us that you did not receive the product within the agreed timeframe in this document or no recipient was available, your package will return to our branch.
On the other hand, if someone else receives your package, or the delivery record does not bear your signature, as a company, we are not responsible for delayed damage notifications reported days later. Failure to report any issue to the distributors or our company as a buyer will not be addressed without a record or evidence to support it.
In this last instance, it will be your sole responsibility. However, if there is proof of receipt of your package and the product has a verifiable issue, the warranty will apply. For this, you will need to contact us to schedule available times for reshipping or visit our branch to determine if you want an exchange or refund.
Refund Policies
As Musee The Brand, the most important thing is that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, if for any reason (other than product warranty or shipping warranty) you are not satisfied with the purchased product (whether due to size or color), you can exchange it within 30 calendar days (counted from the acquisition date).
For reasons other than those outlined in the product warranty, no refunds will be issued.
To exercise the right to exchange, any product (clothing, footwear, accessories, makeup, etc.) you purchased must meet the following requirements:
- Must have its respective tag.
- Must not be dirty.
- Must not have been used.
- Must not show traces of deodorant or makeup with chemicals that discolor or damage fabrics, soles, or the product’s surface.
- Must not show traces of chemicals or bleach.
- If it is a garment, it must not show fading.
- The product must not have been altered or modified by the consumer.
- If it is a garment, its shape must be perfect.
- Any print, appliqués, or embroidery must not show inconsistencies due to washing, ironing, or tampering.
- All products must be presented in the same condition as when acquired.
Other important restrictions to qualify for your right to exchange as a consumer are:
- You must present the invoice or provide your ID number.
- Promotional garments are not eligible for exchange or return, except under warranty.
- Products categorized as “accessories” and “skin care” on our website are not eligible for exchange.
There is a right to a refund of the price when the item cannot be repaired, when, under the warranty, repair of defects is requested.
When the defect in the product recurs and the consumer, instead of requesting another repair, asks for a refund.
When goods have been purchased through electronic means and the delivery of the order exceeds thirty days, or when the purchased product is not available, there is a right to terminate the contract and obtain a refund of all amounts paid.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 47 of Law 1480 (2011), every consumer has the authority to terminate a sales contract without the provider’s consent. For example, if, as a customer, you are not satisfied with our Musee The Brand products, you can return them after the purchase. In other words, you have full freedom to do so under the law.
However, you must meet certain conditions to exercise your right of withdrawal. Within the context of our store and under the parameters of this law, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- The product is not in the same condition as when you received it.
- More than 5 business days have passed since the purchase.
- You want to return a discounted product.
- You want to return personal use items (underwear, jewelry, costume jewelry, personal care products, and cosmetics).
If you do not meet these conditions, as a company, we will not consent to the withdrawal. However, if you meet the conditions outlined in Law 1480, Musee The Brand will accept the return of any product. Within this framework, it should be noted that, as a consumer, you will only need to bear the return shipping costs (if you cannot visit our branch).
