Refund policy

For us, the most important thing is that you are satisfied with the purchase you made. If for any reason (other than warranty) you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you may exchange it within a period of 30 calendar days, counted from the date you acquired your product.

To exercise the right to exchange, the products must meet the following requirements:

• Must not be on SALE.
• The garment must not have been used.
• Must include all its tags.
• Must not be dirty.
• Must not show traces of deodorant or makeup with chemicals that discolor or damage the fabrics.
• Must not show traces of chemicals or bleach.
• Must not show signs of fading.
• The garment must not have been altered or modified by the consumer.
• The shape of the garment must be perfect.
• The print, appliqués, or embroidery must not show inconsistencies due to washing, ironing, or tampering.
• Must be in the same condition as when it was acquired.
• Must retain the original tag.
• Must present the receipt or provide the buyer’s ID number.
• Promotional garments are not eligible for exchange or return, except for warranty cases.
• Accessories or skincare products are not eligible for exchange.

Important:

  • The shipping cost for returning the products is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Only warranty cases will be evaluated via email.
  • Purchases made in Colombia can only be managed through MuseeTheBrand Colombia.

There is a right to a refund of the price when the item cannot be repaired, when, under the warranty, repair of defects is requested.
When the defect in the product recurs and the consumer, instead of requesting another repair, asks for a refund.
When goods have been purchased through electronic means and the delivery of the order exceeds thirty days, or when the purchased product is not available, there is a right to terminate the contract and obtain a refund of all amounts paid.
