EXCHANGE, WARRANTY, WITHDRAWAL AND REVERSION POLICY

For us, the most important thing is that you are satisfied with the purchase you made. If for any reason (other than the warranty) you are not satisfied with the product purchased, you can exchange it within a period of 30 calendar days, counted from the date you purchased your product.

To exercise the right to exchange, the products must meet the following requirements:

• The garment has not been worn.

• Have all your labels.

• Not being dirty.

• Have no traces of use of deodorants or makeup with chemicals that discolor or deteriorate fabrics.

• Have no traces of chemical or bleach use.

• Not faded.

• The garment should not have been altered or modified by the consumer.

• The last of the garment must be perfect.

• The print, appliqués or embroidery must not have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing or adulteration.

• Be in the same conditions in which it was acquired.

They must retain the original label.

• You must present the invoice or indicate the buyer's identification number.

• Clothing on sale has no exchange. Except for warranty.

• Accessories or skin care products have no exchange.
